Res.411/2024 a 422/2024
Nuevo cuadro tarifario dispuesto por el ENARGAS.
El 2 de agosto de 2024, se publicó en el Boletín Oficial y entraron en vigencia las Resoluciones 411/2024 a 422/2024 del Ente Regulador Nacional del Gas (ENARGAS) que establecen nuevos cuadros tarifarios para transporte y distribución de gas natural.
A solicitud del Ministro de Economía, Luis Andrés Caputo, se aplicó un incremento del 4% con el objetivo de mantener la estabilidad del sector, en consideración de la emergencia energética declarada por el Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia 55/2023.
Las licenciatarias y concesionarias deberán publicar los cambios en los cuadros tarifarios en un plazo de tres (3) a diez (10) días hábiles a través de medios de amplia circulación y asegurar que la facturación y bonificación se ajusten a dichos cambios.

New utility rates established by ENARGAS.
On August 2, 2024, Resolutions 411/2024 to 422/2024 of the National Gas Regulatory Entity (ENARGAS) were published in the Official Gazette and became effective. These resolutions establish new tariff charts for natural gas transportation and distribution.
At the request of the Minister of Economy, Luis Andrés Caputo, an increase of 4% was applied in order to maintain the stability of the sector, considering the energy emergency declared by the Necessity and Urgency Decree 55/2023.
Licensees and concessionaires must publish the changes in the tariff charts within three (3) to ten (10) business days through widely circulated media and ensure that the invoicing and bonuses are adjusted to such changes.
