Creación del Programa de Reconversión y Eficiencia Energética.
El 8 de julio de 2024, se publicó en el Boletín Oficial y entró en vigencia la Resolución 202/2024 de la Secretaría de Energía. La Resolución establece la creación del «Programa de Reconversión y Eficiencia Energética» en el ámbito de la Subsecretaría de Transición y Planeamiento Energético.
Este programa busca fomentar el uso de tecnologías energéticamente eficientes en sectores residenciales, comerciales, de servicios e industriales, promoviendo la reconversión de edificaciones para reducir su consumo energético.
Dicha promoción se llevará a cabo a través de financiamiento por parte del BNA (Banco Nación Argentina) y otras entidades financieras. El anexo de la resolución detalla los equipos, materiales y estudios que podrán acceder al financiamiento, con la posibilidad de ampliar este listado en el futuro.
El BNA y las entidades financieras participantes deberán suministrar información a la Subsecretaría para el adecuado monitoreo del programa.
El programa también inlcuye el desarrollo de esctudios y proyectos que mejores el desempeño energético de los sectores involucrados.

Creation of the Energy Efficiency and Reconversion Program.
On July 8, 2024, Resolution 202/2024 of the Energy Secretariat was
published in the Official Gazette and became effective. The Resolution
establishes the creation of the «Energy Efficiency and Reconversion
Program» within the scope of the Undersecretariat of Energy Transition and
Planning.
This program seeks to encourage the use of energy efficient technologies in residential, commercial, service and industrial sectors, promoting the conversion of buildings to reduce their energy consumption.
Such promotion will be carried out through financing from the BNA (Banco Nación Argentina) and other financial entities. The annex to the resolution details the equipment, materials and studies that will be eligible for financing, with the possibility of expanding this list in the future.
The BNA and the participating financial entities must provide information to the Undersecretariat for the adequate monitoring of the program.
The program also includes the development of studies and projects that improve the energy performance of the sectors involved.
